30-day, no questions asked return policy on all new products. If your Lakewood case does not give you easier access and better protection we will refund your money, no questions asked. Please note that BARGAIN CAVE items CANNOT be returned. They are sold as is. If you have return questions, please email us at sales@lakewoodproducts.com and we will go through the steps to get started.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the shipping back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return number and following our instructions will be subject to a 20% restocking fee PLUS return shipping fees. Items must be returned in new condition and within 10 business days of receiving your return instructions and RA number.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
All NEWER Lakewood cases are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Any defects in workmanship will be covered by Lakewood Products. Damages due to accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear, where Lakewood is not at fault, are not covered. If you have warranty questions, please contact us at sales@lakewoodproducts.com and we will go through what is covered and what isn’t and get you instructions on how to proceed with a warranty repair. We will ask for specific items to begin this process. Please note you will be responsible for shipping it to us for the repairs/replacement. Lakewood will pay the return freight for warranty product shipped back to the customer.
